The US Kirtland Air Force Base (AFB) has awarded a contract to Qualis Corporation to provide operational test and evaluation services to support Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center (AFOTEC).

This contract is a part of a US$77 million cost indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity with cost-plus-fixed-fee and cost reimbursement task orders contract t awarded between two contractors.

The contract was awarded in April 2012, and is scheduled to be completed in October 2017.
