Project Description:

The Boeing Company was awarded a US$895 million cost-plus-incentive-fee contract by the US Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WP AFB).

Under the contract, Boeing provides integrated software, hardware upgrades and developmental efforts for the C-17 weapon system.

The Boeing C-17 Globemaster III is a large military transport aircraft developed for the US Air Force (USAF).

The contract was awarded in December 2012 and is currently being undertaken at Long Beach, California. Work under the contract is expected to be completed in December 2022.
