Project Background:
The aim of the contract is to enhance the capabilities of Polish defence forces, by providing technical materials for C-130.
The C-130J Super Hercules is designed and developed to perform combat delivery, air-to-air refueling, special operations, disaster relief and humanitarian missions.
Project Description:
The Poland's Ministry of National Defence (MND) has awarded the Technical Materials for C-130 contract to FIN Sp. z o.o., WZL Nr 2 S.A., ANKOL Sp. z o.o., and BRJ Sp. z o.o. to deliver technical materials for C-130.
C-130 Hercules is a four-engine turboprop military transport aircraft.
The contract was awarded in September 2011, and is expected to be completed in Q4 2012. The estimated value of the contract is US$30 million.
